Post operative treatment

Read more about the care that must be taken:

When placing temporary seal:

it takes 2-3 hours after procedure to solidify question material, that means no meals throughout that period of time. When brushing teeth the actual brushing should be done cautiously around the tooth with a temporary seal to avoid faling . Deadlines should be respected for placing permanent obturation (filling) that your dentist has told you to avoid a fracture of the tooth with the temporary filling.

After scaling and polishing:

It is normal procedure after your teeth are more sensitive and have light bleeding from the gums because of their prolonged contact with plaque and tartar , they are inflamed. It is necessary to follow the instructions given by your dentist for proper tooth brush and toothpaste , as well as tools for cleaning between teeth, inter-dental brushes and dental floss . After brushing your teeth the most optimal compliance with oral hygiene for you is to rinse with a suitable mouthwash prescribed by your dentist . Professional cleaning of tartar and plaque needs to be done at least once a year in patients with periodontitis, every 4 months.

After professional whitening:

the day of the procedure ( and in some patients a few days after) you may have an increased sensitivity of the teeth, which is normal. Diet is necessary:
- you should stop smoking
- should not drink carbonated drinks, cola example coca-cola
- You should not drink coffee, tea and red wine
- Should not take spicy food which stains teeth
- Must not eat fruit that stains teeth
- You should avoid acidic foods
- You should avoid very cold or hot drinks
It is compliance with good oral hygiene, you have to buy colorless mouthwash because colored waters can lead to staining your teeth after professional whitening procedure.
You can use toothpaste for sensitive teeth, reduce postoperative sensitivity unless it may anoint his teeth after previously well cleaned with a toothbrush and toothpaste with remineralization gel (eg Tooth Mouse). It contains calcium, fluoride and phosphate, which help reduce tooth sensitivity, strengthen enamel and reduce the risk of developing caries.

After evulsions (extraction) of teeth :

the site of the extraction wound to form a blood clot (biological stopper) . Should not spit and suck the wound site. You should avoid sneezing, because it can lead to detachment of the formed clot. You should not smoke for at least the first 48 hours after extracted teeth, because the chemicals in cigarette smoke contaminate the wound and prevent its rapid recovery. You should not eat solid foods are recommended soft and liquid foods. You should avoid eating on the side of the evicted tooth. You should not try to clean the wound when accidentally got there any type food with a toothpick.Only just rinse with lukewarm water. You should not take aspirin because it thins the blood and delay clot formation, and wound healing. In the first hours after the extraction, you can make ice pack on the side of a missing tooth . Swelling does not appear immediately, it will reach its peak on the second or third day. So to minimize apply ice packs. Putting ice pack is most effective in the first hours after extraction. You can brush your teeth in the next day. It is necessary compliance with perfect oral hygiene to heal faster the extraction wound. After dental implants:

In the first 3 hours no need to consume food. The patient should not wash the teeth and rinse first day after the operation. You can apply a cold compress on the side of implant placement during the first 48 hours. It is advisable to stop smoking for a week to avoid physical exertion. The first week is recommended eating soft and cold foods. Prescribed antibiotic by implantologist must be taken regularly. When there is pain painkillers can be taken, which is also prescribed by your implantologist . The patient appears for check-ups on the second day, after 1 week , after 1 month, and after the third month. Perfect oral hygiene is a must!

After detection of dental implant:

After cementing the structure on the dental implants:

the first two hours after the treatment, patients should not eat. It is recommended up to 24 hours to eat soft and cold meals. In the next 3 to 6 months should not be taken very hard meals. Loading implants should be gradual: If a patient is diagnosed with bruxism or parafunctions necessarily produce protective rails, with which the patient must sleep.

Once the basal implants and prosthetics:
