When placing temporary seal:

It is compliance with good oral hygiene, you have to buy colorless mouthwash because colored waters can lead to staining your teeth after professional whitening procedure.
You can use toothpaste for sensitive teeth, reduce postoperative sensitivity unless it may anoint his teeth after previously well cleaned with a toothbrush and toothpaste with remineralization gel (eg Tooth Mouse). After evulsions (extraction) of teeth :
